We understand, things come up. Please review the below in case you find yourself needing to cancel for any reason.
CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are feeling unwell, exhibiting symptoms, or feeling uneasy about exposure, or for any other reason you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure to cancel your appointment 24 hours before the start time of your appointment by logging into your online profile and cancelling or by leaving us a WhatsApp message with name and time of your appointment at +41 79 230 74 74. Times stamps of these calls and messages will be used to apply the conditions. These steps are to ensure you avoid cancellation charges, otherwise you will be charged 70% of your service. No shows will be charged for 100% of the booked service, in line with the cancellation policy to agree to when booking your appointment.
GEL POLISH REMOVAL POLICY
If you require Shellac or Gel Polish removal, this service must be booked in advance, as it requires additional appointment time alongside your manicure and/or pedicure.
If removal has not been booked in advance and additional time is required that we cannot accommodate, we reserve the right to:
modify the appointment,
reschedule the service,
or charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service if the appointment cannot proceed as scheduled.
Please note we do not remove: hard gel, acrylics, nail extensions, or similar systems during standard treatment appointments. The removal of these products must be booked as a separate standalone service. In many cases, the natural nails first need time to recover and regain strength before we can begin our regular nail treatments safely and effectively.
LATE POLICY
Please understand that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you and may have to make changes to your services.
